By submitting this training form and registering for sessions with Ntune TV Basketball, you agree to the following terms:

-All training sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted.
-Payment must be made in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed. Packages are non-refundable once training has begun.
-A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
-Failure to do so will result in a forfeited session.
-Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the program.
-Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will not receive extra time.
-All athletes are expected to show respect, maintain a positive attitude, and follow instructions. Failure to do so may lead to removal from the program without a refund.
-Ntune TV Basketball and its partners are not responsible for injuries that may occur during training. Participation is at your own risk.
-By signing up, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during training to be used for promotional purposes.
